We will be offering introductory and intermediate clinics in Alexander Technique.
The aim of these clinics is to improve your knowledge of how your own and your horse's body move, and how this can improve your ridden communication. Using an holistic approach, we will work with individuals and small groups.
Rosalind Green will be introducing Alexander Technique and how these principles can enhance our awareness. Lynn Chapman will be long lining and demonstrating ridden techniques to enable riders to work in harmony with their horse.
Should you wish to bring your horse to the intermediate clinic for ridden instruction you will need to have undertaken our introductory course and to have had at least six one-to-one AT lessons.
